ABOUT ME
Helping You Feel Stronger,
Healthier & More Confident

Hi, I'm Kellie
Health, fitness and helping people feel good in themselves have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My journey started as a state-level athlete and later as a coach to young middle-distance runners. I went on to complete a Bachelor of Human Movement Studies, a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Diploma of Leadership and Management, building a career across the fitness, leisure and aquatic industries.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with people of all ages and abilities — from children through to older adults — as a fitness professional, aqua instructor, personal trainer, coach, mentor and coordinator.
And after more than 25 years in the fitness industry, one thing has become very clear to me:
"Health isn't just about being fit.
It's about having the strength, confidence and energy to keep living your life.
I've worked with people rebuilding their strength after injury, women trying to find time for themselves while raising families, older adults wanting to maintain their balance and independence, and people who simply want to feel better physically and mentally.
I've also experienced my own seasons of change.
Being a wife, a mum of two, building a career and navigating the different stages of life has taught me that wellbeing isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about finding what works for you, adapting when life changes and continuing to look after yourself along the way.
That philosophy is at the heart of Restore Renew You.
Today, my work brings together movement, strength, healthy ageing, wellbeing and coaching. Whether I'm teaching an aqua class, running a strength session, working one-on-one with someone or sharing what I've learned through my blog, my goal is the same:
To help people feel stronger, more confident and capable.
Physically and mentally, so they can keep enjoying the life they want to live.
Because getting older doesn't mean stepping back.
Sometimes it simply means finding a new way forward.
I'd love to be part of your journey.
