About Me
Since childhood, I've been deeply committed to helping others. My journey began as a state-level athlete, where I also took on the role of coaching young athletes in middle-distance running, earning recognition for my compassion, kindness, empathy, and supportive nature.

Following my university education, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Studies, I expanded my expertise by acquiring a Diploma in Remedial Massage and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. My professional path led me into the fitness, leisure, and aquatic sectors, where I founded a small business specialising in fitness and massage services, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from infants to the elderly, assisting them in reaching their health and fitness aspirations.
My professional experiences are vast, including aiding clients recovering from brain injuries due to various accidents. Notably, I supported a client who, initially unable to walk, regained her mobility and confidence under my guidance, ultimately empowering her to seek employment. I also supported mothers in achieving fitness goals, demonstrating that self-care is possible alongside parenthood.
I've observed my natural ability to attract and uplift individuals seeking support, encouraging them to prioritise their physical and mental health. My career subsequently advanced, offering me the role of a coordinator where I thrived as a mentor, adapting daily to the unique personalities and needs of our customers. Despite facing challenges that impacted my confidence and well-being, my role as a wife and mother of two taught me the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Embarking on a five-year journey of self-discovery, I've been inspired by numerous motivational figures, which has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth, helping me fulfil my life's ambitions and purpose. Now, I am dedicated to spreading joy and empowering you to embrace positive changes, guiding you towards achieving your own success and happiness.
