My name is Shahbaz, i’m 62 years old and suffer from chronic back pain. Having two spinal fusion surgeries in my lower back, it is essential that I keep active and moving to reduce my chronic pain and allow me to move more freely in my day to day life.
A big help to this is the aqua classes that Kellie runs. They help me immensely with my chronic back pain, and are very comprehensive in the movements we do in the water, structured very well, and most importantly also fun. Her caring attitude and ability to make it an enjoyable and safe space for all is one of her many positive qualities that adds to the overall experience.
I don’t have any hesitation recommending Kellie and her classes to anyone.

Why is it so hard to get into your classes? Why must we set the alarm and have our finger ready to book? Why is the waiting list so long? Because Kellie you are the best, the number 1, the cream of the crop.
It was recommended that I take up aqua aerobics as therapy for my arthritis and sciatica. Well, under your guidance and expertise, the sciatica has gone and my joints feel so much more flexible. You ensure that our whole body has a genuine workout. Your instructions are clear and I do like the way you demonstrate and work along with us.
You bring a joy and friendliness to the class and connect with us oldies.

I love her classes because she brings such enthusiasm and energy into every class. She explains and demonstrates each activity and exercise clearly, and she is a great instructor to follow as she does every exercise together with the class.
Her classes are very energetic and fun. The routines and music are frequently changed so that classes are never boring!
