This week, we’re focusing on small, healthy upgrades that will leave you feeling energised and empowered—no restrictions, just progress. Here’s what we’ll do each day: 𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 - Stay active by walking, dancing, or moving in a way you enjoy. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Fuel your body with whole, minimally processed foods that nourish and energise. 𝟐-𝟑 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 - Hydrate throughout the day to boost your energy and support overall health. 𝟐𝟎-𝟑𝟎 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 - Dedicate time each day for a workout—yoga, strength training, or a brisk walk—whatever feels good! 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝟏𝟎 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬/𝐏𝐨𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 - Focus on learning or inspiration by reading or listening for at least 10 minutes a day. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 - Enjoy a moment of self-care, whether it’s watching a sunrise, sunset, or doing something you love. 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 - End your day by writing down something or someone you're grateful for to shift your mindset toward positivity.
