Hi, I’m Kellie Varlet, and I want to warmly welcome you to my blog, Restore Renew You! 🌸✨ I’m so excited to embark on this journey with you, sharing insights, tips, and tools to help you create a life of health, fulfilment, and happiness.


Over the past 20+ years in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ve had the privilege of guiding and supporting incredible women, especially those in their 40s and beyond, in staying active, healthy, and feeling their best. From leading aqua aerobics classes to offering health, fitness, wellbeing coaching, personal training and group fitness classes, my mission has always been clear: to empower women through wellness.

Why This Blog?


As we reach our 40s, many women start to experience changes—both physically and emotionally—that can feel challenging to navigate. From shifting hormones and slowing metabolism to changes in energy levels and sleep patterns, it’s a time where our bodies demand more attention and care. Additionally, the responsibilities of family, career, and life often leave us feeling like we have little time to focus on ourselves.


But here’s the truth: this is a time of opportunity.


Yes, our bodies are changing, but with the right tools and mindset, this stage of life can be one of strength, renewal, and incredible growth. My goal with this blog is to help you embrace this season and make the most of it by equipping you with practical tips, wellness advice, and empowering insights to keep you feeling your best.
